Classes

Classes are $12 per drop-in class, $10 each if you sign up for multiple classes (2 classes for $20, 4 classes for $40, etc).

Basic Yoga

Introduction to basic yoga poses and practice.

Beginner Yoga

Right from the beginning, poses, breath work, and practice.

Level I Flow Yoga

Vinyasa style yoga incorporating Level I poses and practices.

Level II Flow Yoga

A yoga knowledgebase is required for this class. Level II poses joined together in a Vinyasa style flow.

Mindful Movement Yoga

Addresses stress relief, strengthening mind-body connections; Good for Beginners or Knowledgeable Students

Yoga for Everybody

Yoga for all body types, basic Hatha Yoga

Adaptive Yoga ** Registration Only, Contact Kim

After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, 20 year veteran yoga teacher, Karen O’Donnell Clarke modified yoga in order to reach out to populations sometimes excluded by standard yoga classes. This class is appropriate for fibromyalgia, arthritis, multiple sclerosis and other conditions limiting flexibility, range of motion and balance or strength.

Prenatal Yoga ** Registration Only, Contact Kim

Mommies needing yoga. Poses are deliberately chosen to be therapeutic and safe to pregnancy issues including but not limited to sciatica, nausea, varicose veins, restless legs, heartburn, and fatigue.

Private yoga

Private yoga classes are also offered at $60.00 per session. Private sessions can address any situations needing more attention than a group class can offer. They also often allow new or tentative students to transition to group classes. Please contact Kim directly for more information or to schedule a private session class.
